Healthy Grocery list made easy!

Going to the supermarket can be fun too, bring a friend with you that is joining your healthy-life style so you can motivate each other! Is great to have support when you are trying to achieve a goal quicker!!!

Healthy Grocery list made easy

.... For busy people, for people like me that wants to eat clean but at the same time doesn't like wasting time cutting carrots or peeling pretty much anything :D!

Breakfast
-Oats
-Berries (strawberries and blueberries are my faves)
-Almond milk

Also Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Protein
-Eggs
-Chicken
-Steak
-Fish (different kinds so you don't get bored)
-Falafel & Tofu (try to get them in a organic in health stores)
-Tuna (in water, not oil u dirty animal!)
-Organic canned beans as black beans

Veggies
-Vine tomatoes 
-Greens ( I don't mind if they are frozen or chopped, pick your favourite as:
Lettuce, Cucumber, Celery, Kale, Cabbage, Edamame beans, Green beans, Peas, etc)
-Radish
-Baby corn (they are also super cute and instagram friendly right :P)
-Frozen veg (for Microwave in case you want to make it quicker)
-Frozen veg mix easy stir fries 
-Carrot batons (the only time I would buy a whole carrot would be to do a snowman. No way I'm going to waste time peeling or cutting a carrot OMG....)

Fruits
-Lemons (buy them all! to do your hot lemon and water 1st thing in the morning and to season your salads. Bye Bye oil, hello lemon and pepper. Same for cooking fish in the oven, use lemon instead)
-Pineapple in chunks (to avoid the hassle of cutting the whole pineapple) 

Other
-Peanut butter
(S.... why did you do this to me? (lol) S introduced me to the most beautiful overnight oats in the world, look at this below. However Peanut butter has to be eaten in moderation. As my friend K told me a few days ago "Only eat peanut butter in your weight training days!". I will defo follow her advice and  I will actually limit it to twice a weak as a treat. Only 1 teaspoon allowed, otherwise too many calories!)

-Hummus (Portion Control of Hummus for Weight Loss. Like many foods, hummus only undermines your diet if you eat too much of it. A serving is usually just 1 or 2 tablespoons. I love it when you dip it in carrots or celery, yum!!, so watch out with the portions)


-Natural yogurt (forget about low fat, fat free, just mind your portions, there is recent studies that the other ones have way too much sugar, let's go natural, it's better anyway and also you can do a wonderful hair mask with it, my friend has the most beautiful hair in the world and she have told me to do a mask with yogurt and oats. Mix it up, put it in your hair for 30 min with a shower cap and then shower. Boom, beautiful and shiny hair next day #hairenvy, so you can eat it and put it in your hair ha (not at the same time please)

-Some nuts but don't go nuts or you will regret (A fist! do not exceed the portions or you will gain weight instead). My faves are almonds, walnuts and pecans (watch out!!!)
